Admission & enrolment

Are you a new high-school graduate or would you like to continue your studies at UDH? Here are the steps to join the university, depending on your situation.

New high-school graduates (Bachelor year 1)

1. Apply online

New graduates apply through the university's Cursus application portal. Create your account, fill in your details and choose your programmes in order of preference.

2. Check the admission results

Lists of admitted applicants are published in the Documents section and announced in the News. Check these pages regularly.

3. Enrol online

Once admitted, complete the online enrolment form on the Cursus portal. It allows the registrar's office to prepare your file and reduces waiting time on enrolment day.

4. Complete your administrative enrolment

Go to the registrar's office with your enrolment fee payment receipt to validate your enrolment and collect your student card.

The official list of documents and fee amounts are specified each year in the enrolment announcement.

Master's, Bachelor's transfer and other programmes

These programmes recruit through calls for applications. Each call specifies the programme, admission requirements, required documents, fees and the application deadline.

  1. Browse the open calls for applications;
  2. Prepare your documents (photo, birth certificate, diplomas, transcripts, fee receipt…) as PDF or photos;
  3. Submit your application online before the deadline: you will receive an application number;
  4. Track your application on the Track my application page using this number.

Following your studies

Once enrolled, check your grades and results on the GesNotes portal.
